How much is conference registration?

*If you want to bring a guest with you to Summit, you can add this option on top of your general admission registration. Guests will receive conference swag and have access to provided meals, entertainment, and keynote sessions. Please note that guests are not entitled to any additional gifts beyond the standard conference swag and are not eligible to participate in wellness activities.

How will I know if my registration is confirmed?

Your online registration will be confirmed via email once you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at events@entrata.com. Please note that your conference seat is not reserved until we receive full payment for your registration.

Does registration include travel expenses and hotel accommodations?

Travel and hotel costs are not included in the conference registration fee and are the responsibility of each participant.

Is my registration transferable?

Registration transfers will be allowed at no cost through August 14, 2026. To complete the process please fill out this form. If you have any questions, email events@entrata.com.

What if I need to cancel my registration? Can I get a refund?

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to events@entrata.com and must be dated on or before 5 P.M. MST on August 14, 2026 to receive a refund (less a $50 USD processing fee). Refunds will not be granted after August 14, 2026. No refunds for conference no-shows.

Can I bring a guest?

Guests must purchase a “Meals & Entertainment Only Pass” in order to attend.

If you'd like to purchase a guest pass for a non-industry individual, please add this option on top of your general admission registration. Travel / Accommodations

How do I book my hotel room?

The conference will take place at The Grand America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City, where Entrata has secured a special discounted rate for attendees.

Reservations must be made online on or before August 14th, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. MT. Please note that the room block may sell out prior to the deadline; rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I get a discounted rate on my hotel room?

Entrata has secured a special rate of $289 per night, plus taxes and fees, at The Grand America Hotel.

What time is hotel check-in/check-out?

Hotel check-in begins at 3 P.M. Check-out is at 11 A.M.

Can I cancel my hotel reservation?

Hotel cancellation policy: All hotel cancellations must be processed directly through the hotel and completed no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in a penalty of one night's room rate and tax. Entrata cannot make exceptions to this policy or assist with the process.

When should I plan to arrive/ fly home?

Please arrive on the afternoon of Monday, September 14. You won’t want to miss our Casino Night check-in party on Monday evening!

Our closing session will end on Thursday at 12:00 PM. We suggest booking your flight after 4:00 PM, or anytime on Friday.

What airport should I fly into?

The Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is the closest airport to The Grand America Hotel. It’s only a 10-minute car ride!

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Uber and Lyft both pick up at SLC airport. It’s only about a 10-minute ride to the hotel! Rides can also be booked via airport shuttle companies: Haroon Transportation or Unity Executive Transportation.
