Your online registration will be confirmed with an email message at the time you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at events@entrata.com. Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive full payment for your registration.

Travel and hotel costs are not included in conference registration and are the responsibility of each conference participant.

Registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost through August 23, 2024. To complete the process, the registration replacement must complete the full registration form through a written request. Please email events@entrata.com for more information.

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to events@entrata.com and must be dated on or before 5 P.M. MST on August 23, 2024 to receive a refund (less a $50 USD processing fee). Refunds will not be granted after August 23, 2024. No refunds for conference no-shows.

Guests must purchase a “Meals & Entertainment Only Pass” in order to attend.

*If you want to bring a guest with you to Summit, you can add this option on top of a general admission registration. Guests will receive conference swag and have access to provided meals, entertainment, and keynote sessions.

Entrata Summit will be held at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City on September 23-26, 2024.

Suggested dress for all conference functions is business casual, but be sure to pack your themed attire for Casino Night. Salt Lake can be chilly in September, so bring some warm clothes just in case.

Hotel check-in begins at 4 P.M. on Monday, September 23. Check-out is at 11 A.M. on Friday, September 27.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: All hotel cancellations must be processed through the hotel and must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations that occur after this deadline will result in a penalty of one night's room and tax. Entrata is not able to offer exceptions to this policy

Please arrive on the afternoon of Monday, September 23. You won’t want to miss our check-in party at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City on Monday evening!

Depart anytime on Friday, September 27. Casino night happens on Thursday evening, so take that into account when booking your flights Friday morning.

The Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is the closest airport to the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. It’s only a 10-minute car ride!

Uber and Lyft both pick up at SLC airport. It’s only about a 10-minute ride to the hotel! Rides can also be booked via Airport Shuttle Companies: Haroon Transportation or Unity Executive Transportation.
